My story My parents were divorced and remarried. Both my parents wanted to live with their new families, so my older brother, Niran (Auto), and I were tossed around between shelters, orphanages, and people's homes before ended up here at the Akha Light Foundation. Some of the families we stayed with were Muslim families and they forced us to study all the time and to things that I do not want to do. Even though I’ve only been here for a short time, I am excited live here. I am so happy to be here because I have many friends here and I have good food.
