Center Story The it's a girl center in Kalpakkam, India is located on the Bay of Bengal coastline and known for its high humidity and constant rainstorms. The only nuclear power station in India is in this village so most of the people are employed by the plant in one way or another. Even before becoming an official center, Pastor Stephen and his church staff were already active in the community. He has always been passionate about children so taking care of unwanted baby girls was right up his ally.
