My story I’m the youngest of five. I grew up in an animist village where everyone practiced black magic and sorcery. I was often scared by the animal sacrifices the chief would make to try and fend off any spirits. My father is in jail for the rest of his life from dealing drugs. My mother remarried but I don’t like her new husband. I wanted her to send me to live somewhere else and that is the reason why I ended up here at the Akha Light Foundation.
